Mrs. Skinkis, formerly of South Boston, was the wife of the late Fred J. She was the sister of the late Mary Russell and Joseph Miller.
Funeral Mass at St. Peter's Lithuanian Church, 75 Flaherty Way, South Boston, Thursday, Oct. 7 at 10. Visiting hours will be held at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home Wednesday, Oct. 6 from 4 to 8 p.m.
