Mrs. Binney was the former wife and best friend of the late John B. Binney. She was also the sister of the late Rosemary Phelan.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in Saint Agatha Church, Friday, Sept. 10 at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours at Dolan Funeral Home, Thursday, Sept. 9 from 6 to 8 p.m. Interment at Milton Cemetery.
