Randolph man has OUI charge continued without finding
Anthony Ellison, 48, of 8 Bartlett Road, Randolph had a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol continued without a finding of guilty in Quincy District Court to Dec. 17. The charge stemmed from a Dec. 13 incident in Milton at 6:59 p.m. when police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on Route 28. Ellison was administered field sobriety tests and was arrested on suspicion of being intoxicated, police said in the incident report.
Milton man gets probation on assault and battery charge
Arnold F. Canale, 80, of 57 Barbara Lane, Milton pleaded guilty to assault and battery in Quincy District Court and was sentenced to probation until Dec. 17. The charge stemmed from a Dec. 14, 2011 incident in Milton following a report of an incident at the Abbey Park Restaurant on Adams Street. Canale was accused of making inappropriate contact with a waitress, police said in the incident report.
