Students and parents from Cunningham Elementary School united with school-aged children around the world for International Walk to School Day (iWalk) on Wednesday, October 3.

Students in Milton braved an overcast morning to participate in the annual event.

“Since 2000, schools throughout the world come together on the first Wednesday of October to take part in iWalk, a global event that builds awareness for walking as a safe, sustainable, active and fun mode of transportation to and from school,” said Lorie White, Cunningham PTO.
