The family of Delvonte Tisdale, the North Carolina teen whose body fell from an airplane and landed in Milton two years ago,  has file a lawsuit claiming negligence.

According to WHDH, the family is suing the city of Charlotte, the airport and the airline.

Tisdale’s badly damaged body was found Brierbrook Street on November 15, 2010. An investigation determined the teen fell from a Logan Airport-bound plane as it flew over Milton. The 16-year-old allegedly snuck into the plane’s wheel well while on the tarmac in Charolotte.
