Fontbonnne Raises $2,000 for American Cancer Society

“Making Strides Against Breast Cancer” is more than just the name of the annual walk in Boston and around the country.  It describes the commitment and other like-minded individuals and groups have made to the fight against breast cancer.  

Since 2001, the Fontbonne community has organized a 5-mile walk in Milton in support of the Boston walk. Over 60 Fontbonne Academy students, parents and friends participated in this year’s walk on Saturday, October 8.

Thank you to the Town of Milton Selectmen and to the Milton Police Department for their continued support of this worthwhile student-led endeavor. 

The Fontbonne Academy community raised $2,000 for the American Cancer Society.
