While the calendar says it's spring and the sports schedule has flipped over to outdoor sports, Mother Nature is not quite on board.
On Thursday, March 21, athletes on the Milton High School lacrosse and rugby teams were asked to bring shovels so they could clear the field turf of Brooks Field and begin practice.
The above photo was taken by a freshman lacrosse player and shows the student-athletes hard at work clearing the snow-covered field.
