Milton Man Unharmed After Truck Overturns in New Hampshire

Truck accident closed two lanes of I95 in Portsmouth for several hours.

Johnson Corrielus, age 35, of Milton, is unharmed after a truck he was driving overturned  Sat. at 2:18 a.m. on Interstate 95 in Portsmouth, NH. 

Corrielus was driving a 2008 Peterbilt 384 truck, when he lost control, while  traveling southbound in the area of exit 5, according to a press release from the New Hampshire State Police. 

The truck slid off the right side of the roadway, broke through a section of guardrail, and overturned.  As a result, one of the gas tanks was punctured and approximately 50-55 gallons of diesel fuel was spilled. 

It is anticipated that the right breakdown lane, and the right travel lane, will be closed for several hours as the diesel fuel spill is cleaned.

The accident is under investigation by New Hampshire State Police. Anyone with information pertaining to this accident is asked to contact Trooper Kevin Devlin at 603-223-8490.
