On the Market: Gov. Patrick’s Hinckley Road Estate

This week’s featured home is a 6-bedroom Colonial in the Columbines.

The Hinckley Road residence of Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick is for sale. The 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom Colonial offers 6,880 square feet of living space.

The home at 75 Hinckley Road, which was built in 1923, has plenty of classic charm with updated touches. This colonial has a large front staircase, high ceilings and nine working fireplaces.

Set off the road and surrounded by greenery, the exterior is highlighted by a fountain and porch. The lot is 0.76 acres.

This Colonial in the Columbines neighborhood is listed for $1,500,000.
