Police Log: Craigslist Well-being Check, Marijuana Citation

The following information was provided by the Milton Police Department.
- At 12:11 p.m. Monday, a caller reported she saw an ad on Craigslist asking for a wellbeing check of two boys, ages 6 and 9, at a Milton home. Officers reported children were home with their grandmother and uncle. The boys were not in danger or bad health.
- At 6:09 a.m. Monday, an officer reported a motor vehicle stop on Blue Hill Avenue and Victoria Street. The operator was criminally cited for violations of the auto laws. A civil citation was issued for possession of marijuana. Blue Hills Towing removed the vehicle.
- At 9:24 p.m. Monday, a 911 caller reported a power line sparking on Reed Street. Milton Fire and Nstar were notified.
- At 10:51 p.m. Monday, a 911 caller reported hearing a loud explosion on Adams Street and seeing smoke coming from wires in the area. An officer reported a tree branch was resting on the wires. Nstar was notified to make repairs. An officer reported all residences had power.
