- At 9:17 a.m. Monday, a caller reported a three-motor vehicle accident at Randolph Avenue and Chickatawbut Road. Blue Hills Towing was notified for removal. Fallon transported one party to Milton Hospital.
- At 2:26 p.m. Monday, a caller reported a multiple vehicle accident on I-93 Northbound. Fallon reported patient refusal.
- At 7:59 p.m. Monday, a caller from Cherry Blossom Way reported her motor vehicle was broken into sometime overnight.
