Police Log: Toaster Oven Fire, OUI Arrest

This is an excerpt from the Milton Police Log on Monday, October 1. Where arrests or charges are mentioned does not indicate a conviction.

 

The following information was provided by the Milton Police Department.

  • At 10:58 a.m. Monday, a 911 caller reported a wire down at Canton Avenue and Voses Lane. An officer reported the wire was safely off to the side of the road. NSTAR was notified.
  • At 9:35 p.m. Monday, a 911 caller from Washington Street reported a toaster oven on fire. Milton Fire handled the situation.
  • At 11:49 p.m. Monday, an officer reported a motor vehicle stop on Granite Avenue. The adult male operator was placed under arrest for OUI-Liquor and a marked lane violation.
