Video: Third Annual M.A.D. Scramble Draws 248 Runners

The five-mile, multi-terrain race was held on Thursday, June 30, and consisted of the biggest field in the event's young history.

A record number of runners along with a core group of volunteers and members of the turned out for the M.A.D. Scramble on Thursday, June 30.

The race, which honors Michael A. Devin, a juvenile detective who died in a car accident in 2006, is in it's third year. The five-mile race began and ended at .

The overall and men's winner was TJ Unger of Roslindale. The women's winner was Francesca Di Silva of Washington, D.C.
