Celebrate Winter at the Blue Hills

Even with no snow, you can still celebrate the season at the Blue Hills Winter Fest, Tuesday February 28, 5 to 8 p.m. at the Blue Hill Ski Area.  Don’t miss good times, Irish music, and hot chili cooked by Boston’s best chili masters.  See if your taste buds are the same as judges, such as Rep. Walter Timility and Milton Selectman Robert Sweeney.

Should we have snow, you can ski or snowboard under the lights.  If walking is more your speed, join noted naturalist Matt ‘Twig’ Largess on a nighttime tour of the trails.  Discover the Blue Hills in the quiet, frosty beauty of late winter.  Live music, chili, guided hike at no charge.

If you RSVP, you can get discounted tickets on skiing ($15 for ski lift ticket, regularly priced at $29): winterfest@FriendsoftheBlueHills.org or print out and bring the blog post from our website with the discount code.

Hope to see you next Tuesday.
