SRES - Seniors Real Estate Specialist

What is an SRES? This Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation requires additional education and training on how to help seniors and their families with later-in-life transactions.  SRES agents are required to have the knowledge, experience, compassion and understanding to deal with all of the complex issues surrounding the sale of your family home.  Of the 500 licensed realtors in Milton there are only 3 who have earned this designation.
