Join Milton Boot Camp for our Advanced Boot Camp field trip class at Houghton's Pond. Not for the faint of heart, we'll be trail running; running the stairs; runnning, lunging and high skipping on sand. Join us for for pushups, burpees, planks and a lengthy abs session.

More About Houghton's Pond @ Blue Hills
Houghton's Pond is a 24-acre pond located at the Blue Hills Reservation. The location was formed about 10,000 years ago from melting glaciers and now offers a wide range of recreational amenities for the entire family to enjoy, including a playground, pavilion, visitors center and restrooms. Hiking, fishing and swimming are permitted. During the summer lifeguards are on staff. Picnic areas can be reserved but alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
