Our nutrition education partner, Nikki Tierney (Registered Dietitian and co-owner of A Healthy Balance in Quincy), will be in our Milton store to help you with all your nutrition and dieting questions. No need to make an appointment — simply drop by.
Nikki will also be doing "Ask The R.D." sessions on Tuesday, 3/13; Monday, 3/19; and Thursday, 3/29, all from 11am. to 1pm.
