Caregivers have an honored place caring for someone they love, but the job can be all-consuming, and caregivers often forget the importance of their own well-being. Learn about signs of stress and some of the techniques and practices to help you stay healthy while caring for someone else. This free presentation will be held on Monday, May 14, 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the South Shore Country Club, 274 South St.
