Several Milton Students to Appear in "Peter Pan"

Riverside Theatre Works invites families on a trip to Never Land! This year’s spring youth musical is Peter Pan Jr., based on the classic Disney film and featuring a cast of talented young actors, more than half of them from Milton. It’s a perfect vacation week activity at one of Boston’s most cherished local theaters.

Performances take place on April 21, 22, 23, and 24 at 11 a.m., April 25 at 7 p.m., and April 26 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Tickets cost $15, and can be purchased at rtwboston.org or 866-811-4111.

Milton students in the production include: Gabriel Winkler, Grace Varela, Madeline Troiano, Priya Shaw, Adriana Ruiz, Ankien Luu Nguyen, Maxwell Mitchell, Jonathan McGettrick, Alisa Lorden, Vanessa Lorden, Ruby Lippert, Jake Lippert, Anna Lindenfelzer, Jane Leonard, Tyler Kennedy, Penelope Holland, Paula Hogan, Anna Hamblet, Margaret Glenn, Emily Garufi, Emily Gallagher, Anna Dembowski, Ava DeLeo, Kylie Chamberlin, Caitlin Caulfield, Greta Cardoza, Maeve Bentley, Samantha Baum, and Elle Anthony.

Peter Pan Jr. is the enchanting tale of a boy who refuses to grow up and his friendship with the Darling children. Together, they fly to the world of Never Land, where they meet fairies, mermaids, Lost Boys, pirates, and the dastardly Captain Hook.

Through a series of adventures – marked by catchy, kid-friendly songs such as “Never Smile at a Crocodile” and “Following the Leader” – they all learn the value of friendship and the meaning of home.
