Milton Board of Health Gets Prepped for Flu Season

Flu shots will be available.

Flu season is not in swing yet, but the Milton Board of Health wants citizens to be prepared.

The board is having a flu clinic Oct. 10 between 4 and 7 p.m. at the Senior Center/Council on Aging, 10 Walnut St.

This clinic is open to all Milton residents ages 4 and up. We are able to accept Medicare B and most other HMO’s so please bring your insurance cards with you. 

If you do not have health insurance, we will also have state supplied vaccine available to you free of charge.

Due to changes in the distribution of flu vaccine, this will be our only general public flu clinic this year. If you are unable to attend this clinic, you are encouraged to check with your Primary Care Physician or local pharmacy for the flu vaccine.
