Milton Board of Health to Hold Public Flu Clinic Today

The Milton Board of Health will hold its only public flu shot clinic today from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Council on Aging.

The Milton Board of Health will host a public flu clinic on Thursday, October 25 at the Council on Aging. The only public flu clinic of the year will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. tonight.

The Board of Health will accept Medicate and most other HMO’s. Attendees are asked to bring their insurance cards. Uninsured residents can receive free flu shots from the state-supplied vaccine.

The clinic is open to Milton resident, ages 4 and up.

“If you are unable to attend this clinic, you are encouraged to check with your Primary Care Physician or local pharmacy for the flu vaccine,” said Health Director Michael Blanchard.
