Milan Lucic, Dropkick Murphys Among Guests at Veterans Benefit
Current and former Boston Bruins, musicians and comedians are expected to attend the "We Salute You Veterans Holiday Benefit" at Heritage Hall on Saturday.
Local celebrities and athletes will gather in Milton for a homeless veterans benefit event on Saturday, December 22.
The Dropkick Murphys, comedian Lenny Clarke, Boston Bruin Milan Lucic and former Bruins Bob Sweeney and Lyndon Byers are all scheduled to attend the “We Salute You Veterans Holiday Benefit” at Heritage Hall, the home of Milton Legion Post 114, from 2:30 to 4 p.m. on Saturday.
Vibram, which provides its high performance rubber soles to the U.S. Military, will donate more than 50 pairs of boots to local homeless veterans.

The event is organized by We Salute You Veterans Foundation, which provides various services to veterans.
Those who want to donate to the foundation can bring hats, gloves, gift cards, boots sized 9-11, Charlie Cards or cash.
