Milton Makes Top 20 Places to Own a Home in Mass.

If you live in Milton right now, you know it’s a pretty swell town and one of the best places to be a homeowner. And now, that information has been confirmed by the latest list of best places for homeownership in Massachusetts, released last month by NerdWallet.com.

The website, an online portal for banking, insurance, and other financial tools, offered a blog post looking at some of the best places to own a home in the Commonwealth.

Milton came in 17th on the list.

Nearby Randolph came in 7th on the list.

According to the analysis, Wilmington was the top town in the state, with a home ownership rate of 89.8 percent and a short commute into Boston.

Milton was also recently named as one of the safest communities in the United States, coming in 52nd on the list.
