Where are the Potholes in Milton?

Due to the freeze and thaw cycles the area has experienced recently, Milton has seen an influx of potholes.
The Town of Milton has a whole page on its website dedicated to potholes. Residents call the DPW Operations at 617-898-4900 or email potholes@townofmilton.org.
Reports should include the street address and the nearest cross-street where the pothole is located.
There's also answers about the cause of potholes, how the town makes repairs and how to claim damages.
