Dr. Daniel P. Sweeney Named Best Dentist in Milton

The Best of Readers’ Choice Poll took on the in Milton this week and it was a close race all the way to the end. , made a strong run at the end to take the title with 36 percent of the vote.

Dr. Sweeney earned 83 of the 228 votes cast from Monday through Friday at 9 a.m.

With an office in East Milton, Dr. Sweeney provides a range of services for all ages, including cleanings, fillings, whitening and extraction, among other things.

During the poll, we received many complimentary comments about the local dentists including the following about Dr. Sweeney from a commenter named Kathy: “Dr. Sweeney is fantastic! He always takes the time to explain the procedures and his staff are always a pleasure to deal with. Nice clean office and great location in the square (with parking).”

On Dr. Sweeney’s page in Patch Places, several other commenters gave him glowing reviews.

“Always had good experiences with Dr. Sweeney and staff,” wrote Michael Devlin.

There was great competition all week on the Best of Readers’ Choice Dentist Poll. In the end, (47 votes) finished second. earned 40 votes to come in second.

Next week, the Best of Readers Choice series turns to an upcoming holiday. We’ll find out what is the best local place to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. The poll opens at 5:45 a.m. Monday, March 12, and closes at 9 a.m. on Friday, March 16. The winner will be announced at noon on Friday.
