Milton Resident Launches Line of Gourmet Pepper Jellies

Patricia Kiernan, the owner of Stir It Up Cuisine, recently introduced a retail division of her Caribbean-inspired catering company.

In 2006, Stir It Up Cuisine, a local catering company located in Weymouth was founded by Patricia Kiernan, a Milton resident who was born and raised in the Caribbean. In the past year, the Retail Division of Stir It Up Cuisine was born introducing the Caribbean line of gourmet pepper jellies.

The main differentiation of this product is that these jellies are made with scotch bonnet peppers, an elegant premium pepper known for its well-balanced and powerful flavor. Stir It Up has now introduced to the market three exciting flavors, all kissed with scotch bonnet peppers; Original, Orange Mango and Lime Zest, all promising to tantalize the most skeptical of palates, and giving those taste buds a real treat.

Stir It Up’s pepper jellies are carefully made in small batches using the freshest ingredients of locally grown peppers, freshly squeezed lime juice with their own unique scotch bonnet peppers creating a mouth-watering and surprisingly sweet heat, a combination that leaves you wanting more.
