Knight International names Milton resident Chris Petrie Account Executive

H.J. Knight International names Chris Petrie to Account Executive position

BRAINTREE and MILTON, MA, ISSUED JANUARY 3, 2014…H. J. Knight International Insurance Agency (www.knightint.com), a leading full service brokerage firm  specializing in insurance and risk management solutions , has named Chris Petrie of Milton to the position of Account Executive.

Petrie, who will specialize in commercial property and casualty insurance, comes to Knight International with a strong background in finance and investment trading. Most recently, he served as a financial consultant for R.M. Petrie Associates, working with smaller banks to better manage their construction portfolios. Prior to that, he spent eight years with the Boston investment firm Cowen and Company as an equity sales trader.

The Hingham, MA native is a graduate of Hobart College in New York, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. He resides in Milton with his wife Ali and their children Evan and Cate. He is a member of the Cohasset Golf Club and, additionally, in his spare time he plays hockey in the New England Senior Hockey League.
