Milton's Steve Driscoll Named VP of Marketing for Comcast's Greater Boston Region

Steve Driscoll has been appointed vice president of sales and marketing for the company’s Greater Boston Region, which includes  Eastern Massachusetts, Cape Cod, the Islands, New Hampshire and Maine and services approximately 1.6 million customers.

In this role, Driscoll is responsible for ensuring all marketing and sales goals and initiatives are communicated and supported for all channels and stakeholders. Driscoll will oversee the development of all acquisition and upgrade campaigns, including creative development and media, competitive intelligence and strategy, and initiates local events and sponsorships to support sales and marketing tactics and increase brand recognition.

Driscoll’s sales and marketing teams help promote awareness of Comcast’s residential services under the Xfinity brand, which offers innovative products such as the X1 Entertainment Operating System, Xfinity Internet with speeds up to 505 Mbps, Xfinity Voice services, Xfinity Home and Xfinity apps along with a variety of package choices to help consumers find the best options to meet their needs.

A 16 year veteran of the telecommunications industry, Driscoll most recently served as senior director of sales for Comcast’s sales in Massachusetts.  In this role, Driscoll’s sales organization was recognized for outstanding performance as the best in Comcast’s national footprint.

Driscoll earned his bachelor’s degree from Providence College and resides in Milton.
