The real estate market for July 2013 continued strong.
From July 1, 2013 - July 30, 2013, there were 37 single family homes sold in Milton, MA*. The lowest priced home sold for $313,000.00 and the highest priced home sold for $1,000,000.00. The average sales price for this period was $553,926.00. July 2013 sales were up over July 2012. Looking at the past five years, home sales for the month of July have held steady in Milton MA. The first chart attached shows home sales in Milton for the month of July over the past five years.
Home prices for July 2013 were down slightly from July 2012, but that is likely to do normal fluctuation in which particular homes are for sale in different price ranges in any given month.
