A stretch of Adams Street between East Milton and Quincy is a bit brighter thanks to a soon-to-be fifth grader at Collicot Elementary School.
With help from her aunt Patricia O'Neill, Sydney O'Toole planted sunflowers along the street as a "Love Your Neighborhood" project. This is the second year Sydney placed flowers on the sidewalk.
Sydney also received donations from Belmont Springs and Shea Rink. Her Nana even chipped in, making the patriotic bunting on the planters.
