Milton was one of the snowiest towns in Norfolk County according to the National Weather Service’s spotter reports during the winter storm that hit the area on Friday and Saturday.
The report indicates that Milton received 28 inches of snow. Only Foxboro, which got 29 inches, ranked higher on the list of the 18 Norfolk County towns.
Third on the list, with 26 inches of snow, were Weymouth, Randolph, Brookline and Wrentham.
Nearby Braintree received 24.1 inches of snow, while 21.5 inches fell in Hingham.
The lowest ranking snow total in Norfolk County was in Sharon. Sharon received 15 inches.
