Milton Library to Hold Healthy Eating Workshop

A Milton dietitian and chef will host "Start Healthy Eating Habits Today" workshop this week. Registration is still open.

Studies show that good nutrition leads to better performance in academics, sports and in life. But how do you prepare healthy meals for your family?

Children’s Hospital Clinical Dietitian and Milton resident Tara McCarthy, MS, RD, LDN, will lead a workshop for parents and caregiversto help them learn to wow the kids at mealtime.

“Start Healthy Eating Habits Today”, takes place at the Milton Public Library on Thursday, October 4, at 7 p.m. By making nutrition apriority and learning how to plan in advance, Tara can help you with the challenges of raising healthy eaters.
