Milton Rolls Out the Red, White and Blue Carpet for 350th Celebration

Milton Parade largest in town's history. Musicians come from all over New England.

When Miltonians put on their collective 350th Birthday hats nothing can stop them. in short of sheer genius, the Milton 350th Committee threw a parade to end all parades. The parade route was painted with a ribbon of red, white and blue down its center, with the town's emblem painted every quarter of a mile or so. Marching bands and dance troops from New Hampshire and Connecticut and the famous Shriner's clown troupe entertained thousands of spectators.
