2. COA movie: The Milton Council on Aging will screen the movie “Moonrise Kingdom” today at 12 p.m.

3. Christmas stories: This week’s Time for Tales at the Milton Public Library will have a Christmas theme. The children’s story time will start at 10:30 a.m.

4. Holiday films: The Milton Public Library will host a Holiday Film Shorts Fest at 11 a.m. Saturday. Movies like “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” will be shown.

5. Cold and snowy: Temperatures will drop this weekend, according to the National Weather Service. Saturday’s high will be around 39. There is a 70 percent chance of snow on Sunday.
