"Sew-stainability: Crafting with Repurposed Fabrics

Susan Clare will discuss and demonstrate crafting with repurposed fabrics on Saturday, February 9, 2013 from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. in the Keys Community Room, (lower level) of the Milton Public Library, located at 476 Canton Avenue in Milton.  “Sewstainability” will highlight saving money, supporting sustainability, and making attractive and useful fabric items for personal use and as gifts. Expect to see examples of clever repurposing.

Susan Clare is the director and co-founder of Together Yes, Inc. in Norwood, which endeavors to inform and support sustainability, including economics, conservation of resources, and ecology.   This event is sponsored by The Friends of the Milton Public Library, and is free and open to the public.  Light refreshments will be served.
