WINTER SOLSTICE HIKE UP BLUE HILLS

12-21-2012  Let's celebrate the winter solstice or the shortest day of the year. We will meet in the parking lot closest to the canton ave fork.  walk up the utility road and walk to the special outlook where we wil practice a brief qi gong to cultivate our energy and a brief meditation to bless the earth with peace and lovingkindness .. we will watch the sun set with out individual intentions internally stated and walk down in the dusk silently and revently.  Welcoming in the increase light in the morning.  BRING FRIENDS .. dogs who are compliant to resting and being patient with pausing.   Meet close to the tail by a brown post in the parking lot by 3:15 the latest.  Instructions will be offered.
