"Exploring the Culture of Italy" at the Milton Public Library

Find the true hidden treasures of Italy at a workshop called "Exploring the Culture of Italy" at the Milton Public Library.  Irene Roman, an expert on Italian language and culture, has lived, studied, and travelled extensively throughout Italy, and will introduce you to the familiar and unfamiliar highlights of the country.  Dr. Roman has taught Italian language and culture at several institutions, including Radcliffe College Graduate Seminars, Northeastern University, Quincy College, and the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at University of Massachusetts.  This program is sponsored by The Friends of the Milton Public Library and light refreshments will be served.  For more information, contact Adult Services Librarian Jean Hlady, at (617) 698-5757 or visit www.miltonlibrary.org
