Holiday Gift Ideas for Book Lovers

Books make perfect gifts, but what to buy?  Get recommendations for cookbooks, mysteries, bestsellers and inspirational books.  Library Director and avid reader Will Adamczyk, mystery author Hallie Ephron, spirituality columnist Suzette Martinez Standring, and cooking coach Connie Spiros will share personal favorites in a free program.   Refreshments will be served and raffle tickets for a chance to win a "Book Lovers Gift Basket" will be for sale.  Also, the Friends' Book Shop will be open with many popular bestsellers ($1 to $2.50) and childrens books (two for $1.00) for sale.  All proceeds benefit the Milton Public Library, and this program is sponsored by The Friends of the Milton Public Library.  For more information, contact Jean Hlady, Adult Services Librarian, at (617) 698-5757.
