Milton Garden Club's Annual Holiday Greens Sale

Be first in line when the doors open at 9:00 a.m. at Milton’s Cunningham Hall to see and select from the spectacular display of fresh 24” mixed green wreaths with other adornments and designer bows; table centerpieces and displays; festive tabletop trees; bags of fresh and beautiful mixed greens; fragrant greens baskets and other beautiful gifts.  Coming to the Holiday Greens Sale is an easy and economical way to decorate your home for the holidays and to find that special hostess gift while supporting the Milton Garden Club and its civic projects and community grant program. Come early for the best selection.

The Milton Garden Club was founded in 1924.  Now in its 89th year, the club continues its core mission of promoting gardening, education and service in an increasingly busy environment.  The Holiday Greens Sale is the club’s largest fund raiser and enables the club to support four Milton gardens for the public to enjoy.  The four gardens are the historic Fletcher Steele/Spalding Garden (in restoration), the Lily Corner at the intersection of Brook Road and Canton Avenue, the perennial garden at the entrance to the Milton Public Library and the grounds at the Powder House on Canton Avenue across from the Town Hall.  In addition, members fill town planters with season color and maintain the horse trough diagonally across from the library.  In the spring, the club conducts a perennial sale for the public with plantings available from members’ gardens.
