Milton Public Library Hosts Painter Beth Neville in Wotiz Galley

During the month of October, the Milton Public Library will host talented artist Beth Neville in the Wotiz Gallery on the first floor.  Ms. Neville's work has been featured in 18 solo exhibits, ranging from the Kalarson Gallery in New York City to the Fine Arts Museum of Long Island, NY.  Her paintings have been included in numerous juried group exhibitions and other venues (1959 to present).  Her endeavors include life-size oil portraits, metaphorical landscape murals up to 70 feet in length, photomontages about social issues, and watercolors of cities and landscapes around the world.  Other creative works include book illustrations in pen and ink, and book covers for philosophy and theology texts.  Beth has also worked with ceramics, cloth, stained glass, and wood.  The artist's website is www.Neville.Art.com and there will be a free and open reception on Wednesday, October 30th from 5:30 to 7 PM.  For more information, contact Jean Hlady, Adult Services Librarian, at (617) 698-5757.
