Milton Reads: The Opening Chapter - Gardner Museum Security Director Anthony Amore guest speaker

On the early morning of March 18, 1990, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum was the subject of the largest art heist in history.  Some of the world's most famous paintings, valued at more than $500 million, were taken, and although the FBI seems closer to knowing "who done it", they still don't know where the paintings are located.
Come to the Milton Library at 476 Canton Avenue, and meet the Security Director of the Gardner Museum, Anthony Amore.  Learn more about the world of art theft and the people behind the stories.
