"Mobster" book discussion with Milton Public Library Director, Will Adamczyk

It was called the "crime of the century."  They were the robbers that everyone loved.  Since the heist in 1950, there have been many stories and legends about the Brinks Robbery.  Join Milton Public Library Director Will Adamczyk for a discussion of Stephanie Schorow's book, The Crime of the Century: How the Brinks Robbers Stole Millions and the Hearts of Boston.  Books will be available at the library's Circulation Desk.  If you just want to sit back and relax, also join us on Thursday, January 9th from 6:30 to 8:30 for a free showing of the film, "The Brinks Job" starring Peter Falk (1978).  (See entry here at Patch for more details about this film screening.)

This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Milton Public Library, and for more information contact the Reference Department at (617) 698-5757, x.3.
