St. Agatha Summer Service Information and Sign Up

It’s time to start planning for our 2014 St. Agatha Parish Young Church Ministry summer service trips!
Our plans are to support two trips next summer:
- Saturday, June 21 – Sunday, June 29 – Appalachia Service Project, Kentucky
- Monday, July 14 – Saturday, July 19 – Romero Center, Camden, NJ
The minimum cost for the trips are $310 for ASP and $380 for Romero Center. The minimum cost covers application fees and meals during the week. It does not cover the costs associated with traveling to and from Kentucky and Camden (vans, gas, tolls, food, supplies, etc.). We will fundraise and seek donations to cover these costs.
If you are in high school (grades 9 to 12) or college, please come and learn more about these life-changing opportunities that strengthen your relationship with God and enable you to serve others in the name of Jesus Christ, all while having lots of fun and making lots of new friends! If you are 21 years of age or older and want to be a chaperone, please join us to learn more about what that entails:
- Sunday evening, October 27th from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the St. Agatha Church, Lower Church Gathering Space.
- You must bring a check for $50 made payable to St. Agatha Young Church Ministry to reserve a spot. Then pay $175 in February and $85 in May. Romero Center attendees also pay an additional $70 by end of June.
- Both trips fill up quickly.
