Taste of the South Shore

Join the South Shore YMCA for its 18th Annual Taste of the South Shore on March 27th from 6:00 – 10:00 PM at Lombardo’s in Randolph. The Taste of the South Shore raises funds to benefit the Y’s Send a Kid to Camp appeal, with a goal of giving 400 local children the opportunity to attend South Shore YMCA Resident and Day Camps this summer by raising $225,000 in campership funds. This year’s event is Co-chaired by Paul Wahlberg, Executive Chef of Alma Nove and Wahlburgers at Hingham Shipyard, and Julie Ellis, Co-owner of The Chef’s Table, a South Shore-based caterer.

Guests will enjoy KEEL Vodka tastings and bottle signings by Matt Light. The new Taste “Trail Map” promotion will grant Taste ticket buyers exclusive pre-event deals and discounts at select participating restaurants. Restaurants will also compete in a camp-themed food competition to be judged by South Shore Living at the event.

Tickets are $100 with pre-registration through March 7th, and are $125 beginning March 8th. To purchase tickets, learn more about the event, and view Taste “Trail Map” deals, visit ssymca.org.
