Aspiring writers in grades 6-12 are invited to a creative writing
workshop with local young adult author Kathyrn Burak. This is the first
in a series of 4 workshops to be offered at the library this spring,
each on a different aspect of writing! Ms. Burak is a Milton resident who teaches writing at Boston University. Her debut young adult novel, Emily's Dress and Other Missing Things, recieved a starred review from Booklist and
was nominated for an Edgar Award. She's a regular guest and presenter
at the library, and we're thrilled to have her back again. This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Milton Public Library.
