There were two more instances of breaking-and-entering into homes in Milton over the course of the past week to go along with two reports of stolen items around town, according to a weekly police report published Friday.
A resident of Cedar Terrace Street reported witnessing a Hispanic male attempting to break into her home through a window Thursday just before 4 p.m., according to the report.
The suspect then fled in an older-model green sedan accompanied by a Hispanic female.
The male suspect is described as tall, in his teens, with a ponytail, and wearing a plaid hooded sweatshirt. The female suspect only described as in her teens, wearing a green shirt and brown pants, according to the report.
The report lists another break-in on Granite Avenue a theft following a car break-in on Decker Street and a reportedly stolen watch from an apartment on Canton Avenue all occurring Wednesday during daytime hours.
Police have reported higher-than-average home break-in numbers this year in Milton due to drug abuse and a rise in price of precious metals.
