Court Log: Assault and Battery Charges Dismissed

Patch's Norfolk County Court Roundup for July 15. The following information came from Quincy District Court. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction unless otherwise stated.

Childera W. Ihenetu, 23, of 528 Hyde Park Ave., Roslindale, had charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon dismissed in Quincy District Court. The charges stem from a Feb. 15 incident in Milton at 2:10 p.m. when police responded to a report of a domestic dispute on Centre Ave., where Ihenetu allegedly punched and head-butted his brother during an argument.
