Court Log: Assault Case Continued in Quincy District Court

Steven Goode, 51, of 24 Hillcrest Road, Milton had a charge of assault and battery continued to Jan. 11 in Quincy District Court. The charge stems from a Sept. 23 incident in Milton where police responded to a report of a disturbance involving a man and woman going through a divorce.
