Charge dismissed in case of leaving scene of car accident

Andrew C. Shannon, 48, of Milton, had charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failure to stop/yield dismissed in Quincy District Court. The charges stemmed from a Jan. 11 incident in Milton following a motor vehicle accident on Granite Street.

Lou T. Patch, 36, of Quincy, was arraigned in Quincy District Court on a charge of malicious destruction of property under $250. The case was continued to Jan. 18. Patch was released on personal recognizance. The charge stems from a Jan. 2 incident in Milton at 3:55 p.m. when police responded to a report of a husband who said his wife had cut two car tires during an argument.
