Court Log: Dangerous Weapon Case Goes to November Hearing

The following information came from Quincy District Court. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction unless otherwise stated.

Caleb Joseph, 17, of Milton had charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and attempting to commit a crime continued to Nov. 20 for a hearing in Quincy District Court. The charges stem from a July 6 incident in Milton at 5:35 p.m. when police were dispatched to the area near the baseball field at Cunningham Park in response to a report of two groups of youths involved in an altercation. Some of the youths allegedly had baseball bats, according to the police report. According to the report, one of the youths allegedly punched another youth, who responded by allegedly striking the youth with a crowbar.
